Stacy Construction Inc. Home Paint Color Agreement
This agreement is for a color selection of the residence specified below. It is hereby agreed by the Buyer(s) that the colors selected and approved by the Architectural control committee (If Required) will be applied as agreed. The Buyer(s) assumes all responsibility of approving the selected colors and what it matches before work commences. Buyer understands that Stacy Construction Inc. is not liable for differences in paint due to materials or batch mixes that may vary slightly from color samples and also understands that the paint used will be contractors choice.
